All of us on the conference committee work hard trying to make this a fun and enjoyable event for everyone attending.
In order to have organization for such a large event, it is necessary to have rules.
To be fair to ALL the attendees, our primary rule
(which we instated more than 18 years ago) is,
"No Buying, Selling, Trading or DISPLAYING of any merchandise before 8AM on Friday".
As in the past, we will strictly enforce this rule. It is for your benefit, not ours.
You may setup tables but no goods for sale may be on display. Commercial dealers selling replacement parts may setup tables, but goods must remain covered, out of sight until 8 AM.
If this rule is violated, you will get ONE warning. If the warning is not heeded, your registration fees and flea market fees will be refunded and you will be asked to leave the event.
Unfortunately, we have had to exercise this in the past and will continue to do so. Acceptance of a flea market vendor pass constitutes your agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
Submission of a Pre-Registration form constitutes your agreement to
abide by this rule.
Each person must register and have a name tag.
Spouses are admitted FREE.
Name tags for spouses will be avaliable at the registeration desk.
We MUST have the name and address of everyone
attending the Conference.
Vendor Space Rental DOES NOT include admission.
To be assured a Vendor Space we urge you to Pre-Register.

Pre-Registration MUST be postmarked by March 9th, 2012
Pre-Registration confirmations (tickets) WILL NOT be mailed.
You can pick up you Registration Packets at the
Conference Registration Desk when you arrive.
It will be located in the hotel lobby on Thursday and
in the tent at the entrance to the Flea Market on Friday and Saturday.
Refunds must be requested at least 10 days before the conference.
